Funeral services for Philadelphia officer Andy Chan are being held today at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia.
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Fallen Philadelphia officer Andy Chan will be laid to rest today.
The highway patrol officer died on December 2, nearly seven years after being critically injured in a crash.
