Airport officials have confirmed that emergency personnel are responding to a grass fire on the edge of a runway at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport.
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - [Update 8:51 p.m.] Garden City Fire Rescue and other emergency services responded to the large grass fire at the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport that occurred just before 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22.
